I had been eyeing Saj’s kit offerings for over a year and finally decided to invest in myself and I’m so glad I did!
First her foundation color match for me was insanely accurate and I loved everything she picked out for my “clean/ no makeup, makeup look” kit the product colors complimented each other and me perfectly! The foundation match alone would be worth the price of admission! But let me back up. My relationship to a lot of makeup up until now has been one of trepidation, at best—I felt secure with applying lipstick and (sort of) with mascara, and that was pretty much it. That has all changed thanks to Saj. With her Prestige Kit service, I received a makeup kit perfectly curated for my specific needs and requests, a face chart that mapped out a look that I loved, and an hourlong (and change) one-on-one class with Saj guiding me in application techniques in areas where I ranged from uncertain to completely clueless. I feel SO much less anxious about makeup now, and it feels like a whole world of possibilities has opened up. And Saj really went above and beyond—I’m talking like, FaceTiming with me in Sephora while I swatched foundation shades in order to find a suitable match when the initial pick turned out to pull yellow on me. Saj was happy to answer all my questions about the hows and whys of makeup, and she’s a delight to work with. Saj is an absolute delight to work with - asked a couple of initial questions in terms of goals and what I was hoping to achieve and made some great recommendations. At her suggestion I booked a make-up lesson and I am SO glad I did. Saj helped me understand what I had been doing wrong in terms of application to help solve some of my make-up issues. I not only feel so much better about myself but I also feel more confident in my abilities to apply make-up on my own. Working with Saj was the best (early) Christmas gift I gave myself ever!
