TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Saj Mack LLC ("the Company"). These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the virtual makeup consulting services and customized makeup kit products provided by the Company. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

SERVICES PROVIDED. The Company offers virtual makeup consulting services, including private virtual makeup lessons, and customized makeup kit products selected by the Company. The details of the services and products will be discussed and agreed upon between the parties via email or other written communication.

PAYMENT. The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for the services provided, including the cost of the customized makeup kit products. Payment must be made in full prior to the scheduled consultation session.

CANCELLATION POLICY. The client must provide the Company with at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a consultation session. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the client will be charged for the session. In the case of customized makeup kit products, cancellations or changes to the order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

VIRTUAL MAKEUP CONSULTING DISCLAIMER. The Company will provide professional guidance and advice during the virtual makeup consultations. However, it is important to note that results may vary and are dependent on various factors, including individual skills, techniques, and the quality of makeup products used. The Company does not guarantee specific results.

NO REFUND POLICY. Due to the personalized nature of the virtual makeup consulting services and the customized makeup kit products, the Company has a strict no refund policy. All fees paid for services and products are non-refundable.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. All content and materials provided by the Company during the virtual makeup consulting sessions, including any custom recommendations and personalized advice, are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without the express written permission of the Company.

CONFIDENTIALITY. The Company and the client agree to keep confidential any information shared during the virtual makeup consulting sessions. Neither party shall disclose any such confidential information to any third party without the prior written consent of the other party.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. In no event shall the Company or its consultants be liable for any damages or claims arising out of or related to the services provided, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Company shall not be liable for any injury, including allergic reactions, arising from the use of makeup products recommended or provided during the virtual makeup consultations. It is the client's responsibility to read and fully understand the ingredients list of any makeup products used and to perform a patch test to check for any potential allergic reactions before applying the products. The client agrees to use the recommended or provided makeup products at their own risk.

GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.

AMENDMENTS. This Agreement may not be amended except in writing signed by both the Company and the client.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS. By accessing or using the Company's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the no refund policy.
