When will I receive my kit?

The Core List: Receive personalized product recommendations within 3-5 business days of submitting the intake form (excluding weekends and holidays).

Signature and Prestige Kit Services: Selected products ship within 2-3 weeks after completing the intake form and making payment (excluding weekends and holidays. subject to stock availability ).

When will my personal makeup class be scheduled?

Virtual Makeup Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Elite and Premiere Consults will be contacted within 24-48 hours to schedule your private virtual class.

Prestige Kit Consults will be scheduled after you have received your custom kit.

I booked a Core list, can I ask you questions?

While I am happy to address any concerns, the Core List is a shopping guide and does not include a consulting service. Any specific makeup needs or concerns should be included in your Intake form.

When do you shop for my kit?

For Signature and Prestige kits, after your booking I will curate and prepare your custom list of products. Once your list is ready you will be contacted to arrange payment for your Custom Kit. Shopping for your kit will then begin. Your kit will be packed and delivered once all products are received.

How do you ensure a good foundation match?

From your photos! Please be sure to take photos according to the guidelines received.

Core List clients are provided a range of shades to try in store.

Signature and Prestige clients will receive an additional skintone consultation prior to receiving kits.

As the nature of this service is virtual, and colors may vary across screens. Contingencies are in place should any adjustments be needed.

Do I need photos?

Yes, Please provide photos according to the guide received upon booking. If the photos have not met the requirements, you will be asked to retake them.

How do I know what service I need?

What if my kit arrives damaged?

Please inspect your kit immediately when received. Any damage from shipping must be reported via email with photos of damage and packaging within 48 hrs of delivery date.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the services provided by Saj Mack LLC, we are unable to offer refunds on all services, virtual consultations, product recommendations, product kits and gift cards.
