Refund policy

Due to the nature of the services provided by Saj Mack LLC, we are unable to offer refunds on virtual consultations, product recommendations, and product kits. Please carefully review the following details:

  • Virtual Makeup Consulting Services: Once payment has been made for a virtual makeup consultation, including private virtual makeup lessons, the fee is non-refundable. We allocate our time, expertise, and resources to deliver a personalized and valuable experience for you.

  • Product Recommendations and Product Kits: Once an order has been placed for product recommendations or customized makeup kits, the fee is non-refundable. We meticulously select and curate these products based on your unique needs and preferences.

We understand that circumstances may change, but we cannot provide refunds for changes of mind or dissatisfaction with our services or products. In exceptional circumstances where we are unable to fulfill our commitments, we may explore alternative resolutions on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to maintain open communication and find suitable solutions.
